The Concept :
04 the city:
O4 the city is an initiative by churches
in Cardiff that has a two-fold purpose. First it's to celebrate
the centenary of the 1904 Welsh Revival. 2004 will be a time
to stop and thank God for what he has done in the past. To
thank Him for the way that He not only touched thousands of
lives but also transformed communities.
