The General Information
The 04 the City Summer Festival is an event
to remember an amazing event that took place in Wales 100
years ago. It was something that started in the local church
community but with a few months had a dramatic impact through
much of Welsh society, and had effects all across the world,
but which sadly has been forgotten by many in 2004. So as
part of the weekend we want to use the event to remind them
of what happened. But there is lot more...
The 04 The City Festival
in Bay will be a great fun event for all the family. It is
an event that will appeal to all ages. There will be music,
drama, bouncy castles, a marquee coffee shop, a morning kids
club, treasure hunt, various visiting displays and attractions
including the Fire Brigade and Techniquest, and we are contacting
a number of others at present to confirm bookings.
We are currently working
hard on getting together an action packed collection of outdoor
performers throughout the three days. Our line up already
includes "Tough Talk" some East London power lifting ex-hard
men (Saturday) with an amazing story to tell, Mario Morris
Magician and Escapologist, and amazing Puppet show, and live
music to suit all tastes including "Smithfield" a band all
the way from the USA who flying out on the Friday but able
to do a great concert for us on (Thursday).

lifting display and an incredible story! (Suitable for all
ages!)
